Double door locking mechanism
The boiler can only be opened when the internal pressure is at atmospheric value.
Safety Valve / Vent Valve
Safety valve - The safety valve opens as a backup protection to reduce the boiler pressure if the pressure exceeds 2.6 bar.
Vent valve - If the chamber pressure exceeds 2.4 bar, the vent valve will open and ALARM 10 will be displayed.
Overheat protection
The boiler temperature is set not to exceed 142 °C and has an additional overheat protection when the temperature reaches 150 °C.
Power Failure "BLACK OUT"
In the event of a mains failure during the sterilization cycle, the pressure in the chamber is automatically relieved to atmospheric value.
When the power is restored, the message BLACK OUT will be displayed.
Automatic shutdown
At the end of a cycle, if no program key is pressed or the door is opened, the autoclave will automatically shut down after a period of 30 minutes.
